How we work

AI agents do the repetitive work. Humans keep the boundaries honest.

The agent gathers official sources, asks gap questions, assembles the packet, and records what changed. Human-in-the-loop review is used for protected steps, unclear source conflicts, and anything that should not be silently automated.

  1. Official source map. We anchor each packet to current government pages, forms, fees, deadlines, and eligibility rules before presenting the customer-facing claim.
  2. Transparent packet build. You see what the agent filled, what it could not know, which official action remains yours, and which fees are not included.
  3. Protected-action pause. Signatures, passwords, MFA, official payments, notarization, mailing originals, and final submission stay controlled by the customer unless an approved service explicitly says otherwise.
  4. Receipts and refunds. Every paid path gets a plain receipt: what Bureaucratic did, what official costs are separate, and when a refund applies.

Testimonials and review language

What the page can honestly say today.

โ€œI can see the source, the packet, and the exact point where I have to act.โ€Review-packet feedback themeUsed as product-language signal, not a fabricated named customer quote.
โ€œThe price ladder makes sense because the free answer comes first.โ€Offer-ladder review themeBureaucratic will replace themes with named testimonials only after customer consent.
โ€œNo hidden submit button, no account takeover, no pretending to be the agency.โ€Privacy/boundary review themeMatches the human-in-the-loop operating model.

Official-source provenance

Public claims stay tied to official and product source maps.

FAQ

Company, AI, privacy, and refunds.

What is Bureaucratic?

Bureaucratic is AutoFlowโ€™s government-process service line: repeatable paperwork packets, record retrieval, corrections, monitoring, filing prep, appointment/process assistance, and agent-callable fulfillment workflows.

Are you a government agency?

No. Bureaucratic is not a government agency and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government office. We help customers prepare, review, and organize official-process work.

What do AI agents do?

Agents gather source maps, ask structured questions, assemble checklists/packets, and produce reviewable receipts. Protected actions pause for customer or human review.

Will AI submit for me?

Not by default. Signatures, passwords, MFA, official payment, notarization, mailing originals, and final submission are protected actions unless a specific approved service says otherwise.

What do you store?

Privacy-first by default: durable systems keep manifests, status, checklists, source URLs, hashes, and receipts. Raw PII or sensitive documents are not stored in durable memory by default.

What is the refund policy?

If Bureaucratic has not generated or delivered the paid packet/work product, ask for a refund. Once a custom packet, source map, or guided-completion work is delivered, refunds are handled case by case for non-delivery or clear service failure; official fees and pass-through costs are separate.
